It is also agreed that each group (bus) of approximately 45-50 persons will be "comp'd" two meals (driver and escort). It is agreed that JSCafe will be available for menu service between 3:30pm and 8:30pm with advanced reservations. Reservations will be received by fax, 757-221-7021 on the below enclosed form. JSCafe will sign off on the reservation sheet and fax back a copy for your records as confirmation. The reservation/confirmation form will be the guaranteed number for billing with no changes to decrease only increase the number of guests from one week prior to the reservation date. In other words, once the number of guests has been planned for through reservation/confirmation that number becomes the number that will be invoiced for unless changes are made and signed off with both; Client, and JSCafe, at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. Jamestown Settlement Cafe takes great pride in the level of food service both quality and delivering beyond customer's expectations.
